    This level has IYC doing the behind the scenes work with the therapist being the one answering billing questions and following up on client payments. Cost for this level of service is a base rate of $600/mo with an additional 6% due for receipts above $10,000/mo.

    • Follow up on unpaid/denied claims

    • Monthly report of paid and unpaid claims

    • Monthly statements prepared for therapist to review then IYC sends to clients

    • Check Eligibility and Benefits for clients

    • Onboard new patient information for billing purposes

    • Direct client communication regarding any questions clients have due to insurance or billing as well as updating of insurance, billing information

    This level has IYC doing behind the scenes work as well as representing the practice for billing purposes. This helps to preserve a professional therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client. Cost for this level of service is a base rate of $800/mo with an additional 8% due for receipts above $10,000/mo.

  • Your business requires cash flow. Correct filing of contracting and credentialing applications ensures that once approved, you will be paid by the insurance companies. Successfully launching your business requires doing it right the first time.

    • Other insurances can be discussed

     All contracting/credentialing can be started as soon as the therapist provides everything in the list of contracting/credentialing items. Contracting/Credentialing services are provided at a rate of $200/insurance company. If a provider is already credentialed with an insurance company and only contracting is needed the rate is $100/insurance company. If you have contracted IYC to do your billing there is a $25/insurance company discount.
